Earth Day: Toronto

Got plans for Earth Day?

Swim Drink Fish is inviting you to celebrate Earth Day 2023 with us. We are co-hosting an event in Toronto; come and learn about our work, enjoy a cold swim, and clean up the places we know and love!

We've partnered with Toronto Lakefront Community (“TLC”) to host a shoreline cleanup and #springdunk at Woodbine Beach. The Toronto Lakefront Community is a group of active, engaged citizens whose goal is to advocate for the clean, safe, equitable enjoyment of Toronto’s lakefront.

We'll be cleaning up the beach, taking water samples, and going for a #SpringDunk. Swim Drink Fish staff will also be on-site to talk about actions we can all take well beyond Earth Day to support a swimmable, drinkable, fishable future in Toronto and the tools we can use to get connected with the water.

Please note that swimming is NOT a requirement for coming to this event!

Apr 22, 10:00 AM. – 12:30 PM
Meet at: Woodbine Bathing Station (public washroom and showers)
10 Ashbridges Bay Park Rd, Toronto, ON M4L 3W6, Canada
